Maroon 5 World Tour Headed To Philly, 3/9

Multi platinum-selling and Grammy Award®-winning rock band Maroon 5 follow the ‘Map’ to Philadelphia as they bring The Maroon 5 World Tour 2015, produced by Live Nation, to Wells Fargo Center on Monday, March 9, 2015 in support of the band's fifth studio album, V.

Tickets will go on sale on Saturday, September 13 at 10 a.m. exclusively through ComcastTIX online at ComcastTIX.com, by phone at 1-800-298-4200 or in person at the Wells Fargo Center box office.

Special guest, MAGIC! and opener, Rozzi Crane will join Maroon 5 on the North American leg of the tour. MAGIC! released their hit, debut single, "Rude", in 2013 from their debut album Don't Kill the Magic. Rozzi Crane, new to the music scene, is known for her soulful fusion sound.

Maroon 5’s new album, V, featuring the Billboard Top 10 smash hit, "Maps," and their brand new single, "Animals," is out Tuesday, September 2, on 222 Records/Interscope Records. “Maps,” which Rolling Stone declares “a stomping, funk-soul-gospel breakdown,” quickly reinforced the group’s status as a powerhouse in popular music, setting a record for the highest debut by a group on Top 40 radio charts in 18 years.

Capturing their first of three Grammy Awards as “Best New Artist” of 2005 and going on to sell more than 17 million albums worldwide, Maroon 5’s releases have gone gold and platinum in over 35 countries. The band won over fans and critics alike with the hybrid rock/R&B sound they introduced on their debut album, Songs About Jane and their double platinum album, It Won't be Soon Before Long, which included hits like "Makes Me Wonder" and "If I Never See your Face Again."

In 2010, the band released their third studio album, Hands All Over, which featured the group's anthemic chart-topping smash single “Moves Like Jagger.” The song has since gone on to become one of the best-selling singles of all time. Maroon 5’s most recent album Overexposed quickly reinforced the group’s status as a powerhouse in popular music with all of its singles rising to the top of the charts and setting an all-time record for the most #1s (six in total) by a group in the Top 40 chart’s 20-year history.
