Christie Observes Jewish-American Heritage Month

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie released the following statement in recognition of Jewish-American Heritage Month, which is observed each May.

“As we celebrate Jewish-American Heritage Month, I am proud to represent such a vibrant and diverse Jewish community throughout New Jersey.  This month gives us the opportunity to recognize the positive and lasting impact Jewish-Americans have had, and continue to have, on the history and identity of our state and nation. New Jersey’s diversity and the experience of every one of our residents are both greatly enriched by the daily contributions – large and small – of the individuals and organizations of New Jersey’s Jewish community. I encourage all New Jerseyans to join me in honoring these contributions this month.”
