Ringling Clowns Teach Kids Health, Fitness

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey ® clown duo of Mike and Rob are clowning-around and providing afternoon amusement this morning while teaching important lessons to children and families at the Philadelphia Free Library in advance of the newestRingling Bros.® show, DRAGONS.
The Clowns are teaching the children about CircusFit®, a new national youth fitness program targeted to kids grades two through five. By combining circus skills with stretching, strength building and aerobic exercise, the children are learning how to lead healthy, active lifestyles – and have fun while doing it.
The Library offers one of the country's most extensive collections - more than 6 million items, ranging from books and magazines to art, music, film, and other media. In addition, the richness and depth of their special collections is one of the finest in Philadelphia.
