Roseanne Barr Is A National Disgrace!

Last week (or was it the week before?) Roseanne Barr was the subject of a major Mo Rocca profile on the CBS-TV show Sunday Morning.
Roseanne was interviewed on her Hawaiian ranch where she grows macadamia nuts.
Between Roseanne and the nasally Rocca I don't know who was goofier. And why in hell was this guy (and Sunday Morning) even profiling the has-been Barr? Did this fit their demographic? Was that it? Did they figure that lots of their viewers would remember Barr?
Well yes, we DO remember her -- and not fondly.
And now I'm once again reminded of why we feel that way about her.
Barr (who's obviously got zillions of dough herself) has now announced her very own plan for dealing with wealthy Americans during this time of recession and financial upheaval. Barr thinks we should bring back the guillotine and behead those who won't give up their wealth.
Taking a leaf from those demonstrators on Wall Street, Barr has this to say:

"I first would allow the guilty bankers to pay, you know, the ability to pay back anything over $100 million [of] personal wealth because I believe in a maximum wage of $100 million. And if they are unable to live on that amount of that amount then they should, you know, go to the reeducation camps and if that doesn't help, then being beheaded."

He served as Chair of Penn State University's Professional Advisory Board for the Corporate Communication major at Penn State Abington and on the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Judicial Selection Commission.

He received his MA degree from Rowan University and his BA from Villanova University. He has been named a Distinguished Alumnus of Rowan's public relations program and received the E. A. "Wally" Richter Leadership Award, the highest honor from the National Association of Bar Executives' Communications Section. He has also been honored by numerous other local, state and national groups.

In his hometown of Camden, Cirucci taught fifth grade at the Ulysses Wiggins Elementary School named for the founder of the Camden NAACP. There he was one of the first teachers in the country to teach African-American history to inner city students. He later served as editor of a local weekly newspaper, as Assistant to the Township Manager of Cherry Hill Township and as Associate Director of Communications at the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Cirucci's passions include politics, the popular culture, books and authors, art, communication, music, theatre, movies, dining and travel.
