Can We Stop The Flight From NJ?

Over at Bob Ingles's Blog, Bob reports that residents continue to flee New Jersey.
Here's how Bob puts it:
Time for United Van Lines’ annual report on who’s moving where. United found more than 62 percent of moves in New Jersey in 2010 were out of New Jersey. More than 37 percent were moving in. The Star-Ledger reports a Boston college study in 2009 found that new Jersey lost $70 billion in wealth as residents left the state. All of this points out change is needed and needed badly. Love him or not, Gov. Christie is trying to do something. The Democrats, who have misread the people’s feelings, have chosen to defend the status quo or come up with lukewarm loophole-filled alternatives or waste time on silly proposals like bicycle registration.
