Rarest Comic Book Found

From Flash News:
Lightning has just struck twice for lucky collectors vying to get their hands on the holy grail of comic books.
ComicConnect.com, a vintage comic book dealer, has just uncovered a second original copy of Action Comics #1, the very rare, very first Superman comic book ever produced.

After auctioning off another copy of the comic last month for a record $317,200, an 80-year-old Midwest man contacted ComicConnect and came forward with his own authentic copy, which he had bought off a newsstand for 10 cents back in 1938.

ComicConnect CEO Stephen Fishler says the unrestored original is a second chance for collectors to own a piece of history.

He says this copy will sell for less than the mint condition first one, and believes the winning bid will be anywhere between $70,000 and $100,000.

The more affordable price may bring in more bidders, and Fishler expects those who lost out on the first auction to resurface and bid again.

The online auction is happening now through May 1.
